K.R.R. Roofing

Krr recently reshingled our roof the roofing crew did a great job. They were very net, tidy and meticulous about cleaning up all debris and nails. The professionalism shown by every member of the crew that worked on the roof was exemplary. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the owner who showed up at our hose at 9 Am to deliver the invoice and proceeded to enter our house on his own, without an invitaion to enter. Since both of us were still in bed it was a shock to be wake up and find a stranger in our house. When comnfronted, he insisted that everything was Ok because he knocked first. How ludicrous of him to think that he could invade the privacy of our home simply because he knocked first. No one gave him permission to enter the house. Isn't that called "break & enter? His actions, in contrast to his crew, were completely unprofessional and we have yet to receive an apology. If you hire them to do your roof, I have no doubt that the crew will do a great job. However, keep your doors locked or you may find an uninvited stranger inside your house.
